SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

JURISDICTION
Held under the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the standard Hare and
Hound regulations of the ACU, these supplementary regulations and any final
instructions that may be issued.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to all
adult RMCC club members (over 16 years of age) holding ACU licences and those
with a day licence, which must be presented when signing on. One-event licences
will be available to any rider not holding a current ACU licence. Day
membership for RMCC must be taken by any rider not an existing club member.
Parental consent forms must be completed for any rider under
18 years of age who does not have a licence.
FORMAT
Adult
riders riding one motorcycle, no change of motorcycle or rider allowed after
the start of the event.
Sole riders
are not eligible.
Duration
will be three hours. The winners being the pair to complete
the greatest number of laps in the allotted time.
Changeover
of riders and re-fuelling is ONLY allowed in the designated paddock area
(except as stated below).
Should a
rider crash and be unable to continue, the partner may only continue in the
race if he recovers the bike himself and completes the course from that point.
ENTRIES
Will only be taken at the signing on night in the Tynwald Pub,
Entry Fee: £30
per rider (£60 per pair)

RIDER NUMBERS
Rider
numbers for the event will be issued at the signing on and riders must provide
their own numbers.
SCRUTINEERING
All bikes
must be presented for scrutineering between 9:30am and 10:30am on the day.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
All riders
must have a 2kg Dry Powder fire extinguisher.
DOGS AT EVENTS
Whilst dogs
are not discouraged from attending Off Road Motorcycle Sport events, they are
to be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for ensuring their
dog is kept under control and are responsible for clearing up any fouling that
may occur.
NOTICE - MOTOR SPORTS CAN BE
DANGEROUS
Despite the organisers taking all
reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with
all instructions of marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only.
