In order to join you simply have to turn up to signing on. For Motocross and Enduros this is normally held at the Tynwald Inn St Johns on the Wednesday night prior to the event due to the large entries now being received and therefore huge amount of paperwork. Late entries are not accepted after this night or on the day so be warned! For Beach Races and Trials you normally just turn up at the event and sign up on the day, this is not always the case so please keep an eye on the website and the Manx Independent Newspaper. LICENSES & MEMBERSHIP Ramsey MCC Membership In order to compete in an event, the rider must be a member of the Club. The membership form can be found on the "forms" page, and the annual fee is £15 for adults and £7.50 for schoolboys. ACU License - www.acu.org.uk In order to compete in an event, the rider must have an annual (£40 per year) or day-licence (£15) from the ACU. The forms can be downloaded from the "forms" page. To complete the form you will also need to be a member of Club (see above), and obtain the signature of a club official (see our "club contacts" page). Day-Licenses If you have not received your ACU license and/or the license number (which they send to your email address when it has been processed), then the rider will need a day-license. This costs £15 and can only be issued on an entry night or day. |
